The concentration must be in a definite area such as fire safety, transportation safety, nuclear safety, hazardous materials, product safety, health care safety, electrical safety, oil well drilling & servicing etc.
He/she must be able to perform both the technical and management work of safety in his/her respective field in order to secure the most effective results through and with other people. He/she performs all of the technical and management work required of the safety position.

COSS® Examination
There are two options for the COSS examination: Proctored Online Exam and Open Book Exam.

- Multiple choice questions: 200
Open Book Exam
- You can do the exam at home or workplace in our system
- Duration: 24 hours
- Written questions: 30
